Needs revamping

Shwonky helped me a lot with the design. Thanks Shwonk!

-He's some sort of wolf with feathers and stuff.. and wings. Or at least he had wings.
-The collar's spikes are going inwards, too.
-He's a bored masochist who likes to follow his friends Rattle (Shwonky's character) and Baron (Zietro's character).
